Characterization of the permanent magnet field synchronous motor (2016-)
Estimation of an electric motor in Cryocooler as an electrical machinery is attemped. It was revealed that the permanent magnet field synchronous motor (SMPM) included in a cold head isn't driven under high power factor. Steady-state performance of SMPM has been analized.
Line trace wheelchair (2009-)
It's possible to whom press a run button to follow the course set beforehand by the line trace wheelchair. A field of activities of the person who can't steer a wheelchair freely is expanded remarkably. The former study has been advanced to a design and making of a conceptual design and a line-detector with a linear position indication.
Superconducting Fault Current Limiter (1988-)
Current limiting device is the electric power equipment to which a design of transmission and distribution system is changed from foundation. It starts with 4 winding fault current limiting transformer, non-inductive winding-type SFCL, a rectifier-type SFCL, a shield-type SFCL, a thin film type SFCL, etc. are being also considered experimentally.
Purpose
R & D of proposed saturable DC reactor type Superconducting Fault Current Limiter (SFCL).
Current Status
Four winding transformer which has fault current limitting abilityWinding of Primary Main SolenoidFour winding transformer which has fault current limitting ability with NbTi wire was tested.
Non-inductive laboratory made current limiter (49 KB) was tested.
Shield type SFCL with oxide superconductor tube was tested.
Pointed out that some of the elements connected in series do not turn into limiting mode.
Unrespected limitation occurs, when the load increase in bridge type SFCL without internal DC current source.
