AC Loss Measurement of High Tc Superconductor

Purpose

Meaturement of AC losses of HTC supserconducting tape conductor to evaulate the feasibility for the power tarnsmission cable.

Current Status

BSCCO 2223 and 12212 system measured at 4.2 K and 77 K. This research is suspended because of unavairability of new material tapes.
